Alles was wat je van een hotel mag verwachten.

Stayed here for five days and truly looked forward to breakfast every morning. The menu changes daily, the food is fresh and delicious, and the chef is clearly professional. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with warm water in the restroom. Great location near the city center, friendly staff, and a very good sturgeon hotpot restaurant next door. Thank you—I’ll definitely come back.

Лучший отель, который можно найти. Всё новое. Безмерно чисто. Невероятные люди, которые помогают на каждом шагу. Очень очень очень вкусный завтрак. Отель как с картинки. Красивый :) Если бы можно было поставить оценку ещё выше, мы бы обязательно это сделали!

Beautiful, staff very friendly & helpful always, room servicing was always on point. Very clean hotel.

The staff were all very helpful. But one taller male staff who manned the reception on 20 January when asked to help us contact a spa to enquire if they had available slots for us…sounded demanding on the phone to the spa staff. I had a feeling he was asking them for commission and true enough, when we arrived at the spa (which was NOT recommended by him, by the way. We just asked him to help us call them to communicate that we would like to visit.) spa staff asked me to identify the hotel staff who had contacted them with a profile photo of him. I explained that he had not recommended the spa but had simply called them at request.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im NIA Hotel! Alles sah aus wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, es war alles sehr sauber, Frühstück war gut und das Personal war stets freundlich und engagiert. Zudem war das Gym sehr gut ausgestattet. Pluspunkte für den kostenlosen Waschservice. Ich kann das Hotel bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Alles war top!
