Jaipur Hotel Saaj Mansion

Les chambres étaient agréables et spacieuses.

Loin du centre ville de Jaipur, pas d'eau dans la piscine... Et la proprété n'était pas parfaite dans les chambres.

Я был очень доволен, дали классный номер, очень красивый и комфортный отель. Очень приветливый и хороший персонал.

The room was spacious and clean, like in the pictures.

The staff at reception could learn to be more welcoming, learning to smile and greet guests properly. They didn't have a warm or professional demeanor at all.

Hotel Saaj Mansion is in a very good location, making it convenient to travel around. The staff are extremely nice, polite, and helpful by nature. The rooms are cozy, clean, and well maintained. The hotel also has an Italian restaurant—the food is awesome, and the restaurant is very clean and peaceful. It’s a perfect place to work calmly if you have official or office work to do. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience staying at this lovely boutique hotel. There’s in-house Italian restaurant and it had one of the best Italian food I’ve ever ever had. The pesto buratta pizza was just amazing💚 and for food alone I’ll come visit the place again Location of hotel is good and the room was cosy and clean. Bathroom was neat & clean as well. Staff was chill & friendly😊✌️ The hotel feels like a home away from home because the vibe and ambiance of the property feels very cosy and chill. And the staff makes you feel like at home

The restaurant onsite was nice, and the staff in the restaurant were pleasant too.

International cards were not accepted in the hotel, and we were not alerted beforehand, so we had to go out and get cash to pay for our room (felt a little unsafe as we did not know the area at all). Some of the staff, including check-in, were not overly friendly. We have never seen as many stains in a hotel room in our lives - sofa, duvet, pillow cases, curtains, towels, endless stains everywhere which gave the perception of uncleanliness. Didn't really have a proper shower either. The shower produced 2 minutes of scolding water, which then turned to cold. We tried using the bucket provided to catch hot water but it didn't go very well. Breakfast took a while too, when we simply ordered toast every morning. Overall, I think international tourists would be more comfortable elsewhere.
