Rook lock not working. Room phone is also not working. When i said to staff for extra water bottle he give the bottle’s in other room.

Location.

Almost everything from a very poor reception to a very poor breakfast. Clean bedding had to requested.

The rooms were large and clean

No breakfast and no where near to get a breakfast. The hotel couldn’t even organise a taxi. The pool was not in use, although they say it was cleaned, it had scum on the surface. No chairs even.

Rooms were clean, staff very helpful and responsive. The Rooms were clean but tables and mirror were dirty and cleaned on request. Parking is also available easily.

The property was conveniently located close to the highway, making it easy to travel around the city. The staff, in particular, were extremely well-mannered and maintained a neat, clean, and safe environment for all guests.

They do have a dining room with old table clothel on the table.. Ithink they should change that, and then everything will be spectacular.

The staff allowed an early check-in.The property is good and has potential for improvement.

The sheets could have been cleaner.
