Hanah Apartments

Tout était parfait. Cette réservation nous a permis de profiter d’un magnifique séjour au cœur d’Essaouira. Accueil, emplacement, propreté, décoration,… le Hannah Apartements a vraiment était une pépite. L’accès au rooftop ajoute une touche agréable au séjour. Mention spéciale pour Sofiane et son accueil très chaleureux ainsi qu’aux femmes de ménage d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle.

Tout était parfait : - l’appartement bien décoré, neuf et fonctionnel - le personnel très gentil, présent et à l’écoute - l’emplacement à 3min de la plage et à 15min de la ville

The property was very clean and the sofas were comfortable. The kitchen equipment was working. There is a 20-minute walk to the medina and the port, and a 3-minute walk to Essaouira’s beach.

We stayed in the third floor and there was no elevator. Bear in mind that you will have to carry your lugguage all the way up to the third floor.

J'ai offert ce logement à deux amis, les propriétaires ont fait tout un foin pour accepter la 2ème personnes vu que j'avais réservé pour une personne, nous allions bien sur payer le supplément. Le logement est prévu pour 2 Manque d'un canapé dans le studio, null part ou se poser mis à part le lit Ils ont trouvé un cafard noir dans la douche !

Die prinzipielle Lage - die Nähe zum Strand, zu Restaurants und zur Altstadt. Die Größe der Zimmer - sie entsprechen den Abbildungen im Internet. Es war als Ortsunkundiger nicht einfach, die Wohnung zu finden, bzw. den Weg dahin, aber ein kurzer Anruf, und jemand kam, um zu helfen. Auch sehr nett, dass wir eine Stunde länger bleiben konnten.

Die Lage ist eigentlich toll, aber die Umgebung eine Ecke weiter ist zum Teil völlig vermüllt, so schlimm, wie es in anderen Städten Marokkos schon lange nicht mehr ist. Auch Obdachlose lagen morgens mitten im Unrat oder an der Straße. Dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts, aber vielleicht gibt es ja eine Chance zusammen mit anderen Besitzern das Viertel zu verbessern. Eine im Innenhof eingesperrte und fast ohne Unterbrechung sehr laute Katze raubte unserem Sohn fast völlig den Schlaf und sämtliche Nerven - sein Fenster ging zum Hof. Die Terrasse war für Schwiegermutter leider nicht erreichbar - zu viele Stufen. Toller Ausblick und schön zum Sitzen, aber der Holzboden ist z.T. bedenklich morsch. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist OK, könnte aber (angesichts des Preises) ohne großen Aufwand weiter verbessert werden, z.B. echte Trinkgläser statt Teegläser und ein Föhn.

We booked this apartment for 3 nights for myself family holiday to Essauouria. As I was travelling with my children, many of the Riads in the Medina do not accommodate children under 10 so this was perfect. Although it was a self catering apartment, this was the best option for me. Firstly, the location was very important to me.i wanted to be close to the beach for those regular trips with the kids. The beach is a few minutes walk from the apartment (although not the most pleasant walk) due to the rubbish dumpsters. Once on the beach, you can enjoy the day there and you are well located for food spots. Literally a 2 min walk away is Chez Chrif, a little gem of a breakfast spot (the best mseman) and all for a very modest price. Back to Hanah, we found the 3 bed apartment to be spacious and very clean. All very modern and providing everything you and your family could need. The TV has YouTube and Netflix perfect for the evenings and the kitchen is well equipped enough to make a simple breakfast or even a meal if you got the ingredients. The terrace is a lovely place to relax so make sure you go up there. But beware of the stairs...there are a fair few. But one thing that makes any place outstanding glhas to be the staff. Communication with Soufiane was great and he provided us with extra info on the area. The lady who checked us in was called Fateeha and she was delightful and very helpful. The housekeeping lady Maryam was also warm and kind but discreet at the same time. If you are staying with family in Essauouria and looking for an apartment in a good location that is clean and modern, then do not hesitate. Book now. You won't be disappointed 😌 I can guarantee that. And I have stayed in a lot of places in Essauouria and all over.
