We arrived late, the directions were clear but we were tired and not paying attention. We phoned the contact person and she very kindly, even though it was the middle of the night, answered and helped us

Proximity to airport was a bonus and a very quiet neighbourhood. Nice spacious apartment. Lots of storage. We were offered early check in which was fab but it been only an hour after last check out we then realised that maybe it wasn’t such a good thing… Local Supermarket that offers a lot- fresh pastries, coffee machine, deli to go etc, only a few minutes walk down the road. Approx 10-15 walk to airport.

Quite a few things to feedback, lovely to have early check in after travelling, but upon arrival we noticed that things had been rushed to offer that. Used drinks and mouthwash still left on sides, cutlery dirty on drawer and just random crockery (washed but on the sides) surely you Tidy it away? cleaning materials just left on side also, random flip flops lying about. Very random / broken “things” in drawers that offer no use to anything. No kettle even though it’s advertised and then told I had to use the stove- wouldn’t normally be a problem if you had a big enough pan to cater for the guests. So ended up being thimbles of coffee- which suited the size of cups on offer … there was a coffee machine- great! But no pods , and no pods for sale in local shop so again a useless gesture. Considering the apartment caters for 6+ people there isn’t enough cutlery and crockery and basic kitchen utensils, towels, etc for this. We had no bath mat so used up towels for this and the shower doesn’t fix to wall so a fun experience when washing your hair! I appreciate things get damaged - but a quick message to update us on this ahead of travel would have been suffice. Got the impression that due to the “misuses” of things from previous guests we then had to suffer for it. The apartment has a lot of potential if they just take a few minutes to ensure everything is in order. Please don’t be fooled by the photos , and check for basic kitchen utensils before travelling, as not possible to cook in the oven with no trays etc, and one milk pan won’t get you very far. Shame, as the photos make it look lovely and it really really could be. I hope the owners take feedback on board for next guests! No communication for checking out , and after having to chase for check in info again thought this may have been at forefront of mind, but in the end just locked up and left the key as I found it.

The apartment wasn't cleaned The parking space wasn't available because the whole building's yard was devastated and full of sand and the host knew about this for a month and didn't tell us previously The thermostat was set to 14 degrees and it resets at midnight( it's winter) The bathroom tiles had mold The whole kitchen was sticky

Near to the airport and very good Terma for relaxing after flight in 7 minutes by car.
