Stellar homes Ooty

It is very bogus hotel. I booked here for my stay well in advance and got booking confirmation from the hotel over a call. When I reached there during night for the accommodation, they told you don't have booking at this hotel and all the rooms are full. I was travelling with family and there were small kids with me. It was horrible experience. Don't believe these peoples. They will give away the rooms based on the demand and charge heavy amount irrespective of the advance booking. Never ever in my life I am going to book hotels on booking.com. Very horrible experience. So, one who is booking the stellar homes be careful.

Only outside area is good.

Rooms are not spacious,but price is quoting high. Bed sheets are not maintaining neatly.Even when we asked Faculty does not care. We booked Deluxe room with balcony, but after reaching place , owner itself telling there is no balcony and have to update that in apps.Felt like cheated. Don’t reach out for any help or suggestion to owner , you will get cheated like I have been cheated for ToyTrain Tatkal Tickets. Better if maintain 5 letter water bottles for tourists,instead of that water bottles which are not maintained neatly.

Atmosphere was good. Staff responsible also good

Food taste want to improve and menu also want to improve check in and check out want to change 11.00 to 3.00 is comfortable for tourists customers

Has beautiful mountain views from the balcony. Clean rooms and great staff
