Samaina Port Hotel

I loved how warm and welcoming the staff was. They took very good care of me, felt like being with family. The hotel room was absolutely beautiful with the most incredible view.

Our room was a duplex with two bathrooms, and we honestly didn’t expect it to be that spacious. We even had a sea view from the room. We were also very pleased with Carisma Restaurant located just below the hotel – probably one of the best café-restaurants in Samos Island.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel itself. However, you should carefully research the location before booking. We hadn’t done so and ended up choosing this hotel, which is actually the farthest point from the center of the island. On the first day, I felt like it was a bad choice because everything seemed so far away. But once we saw Pythagoras Square, we realized that being away from such a crowded spot was actually a good thing – especially since we were staying in a place with a great restaurant with wonderful music.

Clean and spacious rooms. Quite fair in terms of offer/price. Good location, right in the port. Quiet rooms.

Needs a quick refurbishing to give it a fresh vibe. Breakfast could be included for the price in one of the restaurants close-by in case opening one is not possible.
