Вилла достаточно старая и на ней давно не делали генеральную уборку и не обновляли. Много муравьев. Персонал отзывчивый, но сама вилла не стоит своих денег

From the moment we arrived, we encountered serious issues, including visible mold, an extreme ant infestation, and a very unclean condition with many dead ants. The couch was not usable due to the number of ants, and rain entered the accommodation, requiring constant care to protect our luggage. We were in contact with the property manager, and cleaning was offered, but this was not sufficient to resolve issues such as mold and infestation. Due to an open key box and a bedroom door which couldn’t be properly closed, we did not feel safe. Although we offered to pay for the 2 nights already stayed, there was no willingness to compensate us for the remaining nights. We travel frequently in Asia, especially Bali, and are familiar with ants and humid conditions, but we have never experienced a property in such poor condition. Booking.com granted only a 20% compensation, which does not reflect the amount paid. Despite this, the property claims the case is closed and refuses any further resolution.

Perfect stay, great location, lovely staff.

We loved our stay at casa yemi, the villa is beautiful, everything you need. Very clean. Lovely quiet street overlooking rice fields and was only a couple minute walk to the gym for us.

Фотографии объекта в принципе соответствуют действительности. Вилла была достаточно чистая. Видно, что старались убрать. Расположение хорошее. Близко к центру. Соотношение цена/качество нормальное. Персонал отзывчивый. Отвечали быстро на сообщения.

Вилла находится рядом со стройкой. С самого раннего утра начинается строительство, стук и гам. В ванной видимо стоит насос или что-то другое, так как был постоянный легкий гул. Бассейн не работал и был грязный. Персонал заранее предупредил об этом. Постельное белье и полотенца были бело-серые, но тк мы были всего 1,5 дня не было смысла просить что-то менять.
