La veranda è molto comoda, peccato che sia un po' buia, ma complessivamente tutto perfetto

Il terrazzo sul retro non è facilmente vivibile. La pulizia potrebbe migliorare. Mancanza di posto auto. Parcheggio ampio difronte ma abbiamo comunque preso due multe per aver ritardato di 10 minuti a cambiare il disco orario dopo ogni due ore.
NZLocation to the train station and beach is amazing but……. There is new bar called the BroBar downstairs, not a Cafe like in the photos advertised in the ad for the property. A real shame because it would have been perfect. I would hate to know what it would have been like Friday and Saturday night :(
The bar downstairs pumped loud rap music until 2.30am on a Tuesday night then people were still there until 3.30am - directly under bedroom window, so much that the apartment vibrated. This is a new bar and when we spoke to the neighbours in the building and they have said it’s been very troublesome. Then we got a renovation noise from 7.30am the next day. Spoke to host, and ended up having to move, host tried her best but should have been aware of the new bar.
