LA PARISIENNE PRIVÂTE BOTANICAL GARDEN RESORT

The resort could be nice if the owner cares at all, she sent nasty messages and did nothing to fix anything that was an issue. We spent the first 8 hours there trying to get a hold of her or anyone to provide what she promised they provide in her ad, and all she did was be rude and ignorant telling me to go stay in a hotel just bc I expected to have a working sink, or bathtub or hot water, or blankets, towels, toilet paper or 5 bedrooms like we paid for. None of which were provided. This was the absolute worst place I have ever been to. Walls missing, floors missing, when finally provided a couple sheets they were old, dirty and torn. I can go on and on about how disgusting this place was. The pool water was so dirty you couldn’t see a foot down.

No towels, A CANERA IN THE BEDROOM!!! Paid for 5 rooms and only provided 3, Aircon didn’t work in 2 of the rooms, and hey did nothing to fix it. Front door broke and wouldn’t even shut, resort not cleaned, no drinking water, no hot water, European outlets for some reason, bath tub didn’t work, shower on ground level with no curtain on the window in the shower and a chair right in front of the shower window. Nice poop in all the kitchen drawers and utensils, old half used bars of soap in the showers, sink didn’t work, or even have faucets in the bedroom, they provided 4 old ripped sheets and 2 towels for 15 people. No blankets karaoke machine microphone needs a new cord and has a constant buzzing sound. This place is absolutely disgusting. The owner only responded after I called bookibg.com and kept getting rude saying to go to a hotel just because I expected to have the things she advertised in her posting available. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life!!!
