The sofa

Rubbish in front garden on display in recycling boxes. Key not in secure place, just under the front door mat. When we walked in, the house smelt of the previous nights Indian dinner and strong plug-in air-freshener !!!! It was hot and stuffy. Went to the kitchen and put our box of food on the kitchen bench whilst we brought in other luggage. On our return, we saw ants walking up the box. Then we saw there was an infestation of ants. My husband managed to find a couple of tea towels in one of the cupboards, but those too had ants all over them. The bathroom had no towels. Just a couple of cleaning clothes were left on the sink. Exposed wire on bathroom floor. No soap to wash hands, not even a hand towel. Bedrooms upstairs were ok, with nice carpet. The Tv didn't work. There were no instructions on how to use it House was located in a quiet road. The local shopping area was rough and run down. run down area. We stayed for one night and then left the following morning by 10.30am. Asked for a refund because it was falsely advertised. I noticed the reviews spoke highly of the place, and 'the staff' were mentioned a couple of times too ????? What staff ? Won't we back.

The location was quiet and close to train stations.

Every thing about the house was just perfect. It had all you would need for a functional home. Location wise, it was great. Clean and easy to find as well.

The master bedroom could use a side table.

The staff was amazing,the property was very clean and homely,Love the fact that it’s a house not apartment,there is privacy and security around the property.

Nothing,everything was spot on

Great location, beds were super comfy. Perfect space for a group of 5.

Shower was a little non existent

We were going to a wedding in Bromley and it was an excellent location and a good price

Furnishings were a little sparse. Pictures on the walls would have made it more homely
