"Uważam ze mogło być lepiej..."

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo ładne i przestronne pokoje oraz wygodne łazienki. Dużym plusem jest dużo miejsca dla piesków i możliwość swobodnego wyjścia z psem. Obsługa sprzątająca – dziewczyny bardzo miłe i pomocne.

Niestety, obsługa na recepcji była mało uprzejma. Pan sprawiał wrażenie osoby bez doświadczenia w hotelowej obsłudze klienta – kontakt był uszczypliwy i nieprzyjemny, mimo prób pomocy. Pokoje nie są wygłuszone dobrze wszytko słychać ... od gości do nawet użycia łazienek czy też cos zewnątrz cos co chwilę sie załączało;(

good parking

They don't speak any other language except Polish. And it doesn't seem like they would want to try speaking another language. When call for them on the phone, they also only speak only Polish. Hotel on the DE border. Shame for them
