Skyview Apartment- Rooftop Penthouse with Sunset & Sea Views

Very nice rooftop with nice sunset view

The apartment is very new and modern, located in a quite area of Flic en Flac. You can have an easy checkin with a key box. The apartment is really big, so coming with friends or family and having a good time (for perfect value for money) is easy. We got a bit sick during our holidays so we were really grateful for the huge rooftop terrace which had beautiful sunset views and a hot tub. Talking about views, we loved the view outside the kitchen window, watching the flying foxes in the trees. Having a washing machine in the apartment is very convenient as well! Last but not least, the communication with the owner was easy and she always made sure we were alright.

There is only little to improve: The apartment does not have any decoration which makes it a bit harder to feel cozy and "home". Also, there was no real blanket. The big living area does not have an AC, so we needed to put on the ones in the bedroom(s). And the water pressure in the shower was too low. Just be aware you need to walk ~15 minutes to the beach and restaurants.

The apartment was really brand new! It's located in a very quiet place, and the rooftop with a hot tub is stunning! There is a parking slot in front of the building, a common swimming pool, 3 separate rooms, a big kitchen, etc... The place is like 15 minutes' walk to the beach and restaurants, perfect. The owner is really nice and willing to help if you need something. Thank you very much, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Since the apartment was brand new, there were a few items missing like a frying pan and else, but overall, nothing to decrease the quality of our very good stay.
