PIAC Luxury Suites

Very easy to check in. Luggage storage was available before check in. Unit was very clean. Nice linens/bedding very comfortable. Perfect location steps from the silver gate and easily accessible to ferry/port. Note: Our unit (1P) faced the street and had early morning road/truck noise (closing the shutters helped).

The unit itself and area once you open the PIAC door is very nice! However, common hallway lights didn’t always work so had to use phone flashlight. Common hallway walls/area was kind of dirty looking. Alley area leading to main entrance was a bit smelly and we saw men urinating there-yuck. An extra roll of tp would be nice, as would more coffee pods so we could have 1 coffee each morning if our stay

Le logement est facile d'acces, propre et fidele aux photos. La localisation est tout simplement parfaite pour visiter le coeur de Split, aux portes de la vieille ville, et proche du port d'ou nous arrivions. La literie est comfortable, la salle de bain est juste la taille qu'il faut; completement rénové, c'est le plan parfait pour visiter Split. On a eu un probleme avec le digicode le deuxieme jour, mais l'hote a direment répondu au telephone et résolu le probleme. Je reviendrai sans hesiter !

L'isolation phonique du couloir n'est pas bonne, on entends les allers-venus des autres appartements et de la femme de ménage qui parlait tres fort de bon matin. La rue proche du marché est aussi vivante le matin mais pour le coup, ce n'est pas vraiment du bruit qui nous a derangé. L'interrupteur pour le ballon d'eau chaude se situe avec ceux des lumieres du logement, ce qui nous a empeché d'avoir de l'eau chaude le premier soir; nous nous en sommes rapidement rendus compte, mais il faudrait peut-etre l'indiquer pour eviter ce leger desagrement.

Location was excellent. Room was well equipped and the bed was comfortable.

Very good would be excellent but for the lack of hot water. Despite the switch on the wall being on, after my husband had a warm shower, the hot water finished during my shower. I had a head full of shampoo and the water turned very cold.

Ease of access using keypad and notified codes.

Although luggage be left, the location of that place is not especially secure.

Location is the best to all attractions. It is next to palace and ferry if you come from the island. The apartment was clean. I like the code access, so you do not need to carry the keys or card.

It was a little small, but it is fine for short stay. I did not like the main stairs. The light was never properly work, so you have to use your phone light to get to the apartment.

The apartment was stunning, location was perfect and communication with the host outstanding.

The location was perfect. Right outside the Silver Gate - wow! The apartments were all super clean and well appointed. Great place - would stay here again and again.

Sometimes the lights in the stairwell didn’t come on automatically.
