The newly refurbished room was big and comfortable for family staycation. The view from balcony was superb overlooking pool and sea

The common toilet at all levels required renovation and cleaning. Especially at the pool level with restaurant. Room toilet are all very clean.

Staff is helpful and friendly Location good

The hotel facilities are quite run-down, especially the gym, which is in need of maintenance. The room was also not clean upon arrival; there was paper left in the toilet, and there were stains on the toilet bowl. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep did not meet expectations.
