El apartamento esta muy bien ,pero el edificio y alrededores muy descuidado (aunque muchas zonas del centro de Palermo son asi)

The apartment was great, clean, and comfortable. The location was pretty good too, close to the centre and to the train/bus station, about 10 min walk. Great overall.

The only things I didn't like were that I didn't find body wash, and the washing machine wasn't great, also no detergents for laundry. Not sure if this is normal or not, but i was expecting it.

The apartment is spacious and has all the facilities that were listed in the offer. It is located a 15-minute walk from all major sights.

The electricity is turned off when leaving the apartment and all devices including the water heater and washing machine are turned off. If you are not in the apartment all day, you cannot turn on the washing machine, it must work while you are there. The water heater also did not always have enough hot water. They have a gas stove but we couldn't turn it on so we didn't use it. There are no slippers in the apartment, so the owner is advised to have them because there are ceramic tiles throughout the apartment and it is cold to walk barefoot.

Apartment is completely new, very clean and well equiped. It has everything you need even for a longer stay. There is a dolce gusto coffee machine. Bed was very comfortable, there is a huge table in the kitchen and bathroom was new.

Apartment is very central, 10 minutes walk from the city center. However, the neighbourhood is a bit wild and dirty. The building doesn't have a lock on the entrance door and there is no light in the first floor of hallway. It doesn't feel very safe coming home late in night, since streets are mostly dark and there are not many people on the street.

Highly recommending this place. Host very friendly and ready to help with any issues. The apartment looks really gorgeous and cosy. I was absolutely satisfied!

Location in the historical center, within walking distance to the main attractions. The apartment is very clean. There is all the necessary equipment, including a washing machine, linen, towels. The hostess is very nice, she advised me on all questions and brought extra towels for the beach. Highly recommend.

The windows face the courtyard, there is no beautiful view, but this does not matter when most of the time is spent outside.

The apartment had everything I needed.

The stairs. It’s on the 3rd floor and it’s a double set of stairs. So basically instead of 3 flights of stairs, there were 6.
