The room is perfect, Big and Cleaning room. Good View near city and a lot of shop and restaurant around hotel. Reception good smiling and good service. Big parking and I'm very love hot chocolate for Breakfast at Reception.

I'm have been stay at here many time before and everything perfect . but this time not good experience about housekeeping, I'm hang tag for make up room on morning and go out side. when I'm come back in afternoon around 01.00 PM my room still dirty. I'm have to call to reception for call HK to cleaning again and that right I'm have to go out side again also. So when I'm come back to the room and my room cleaning already but they not fill anything in room (toilet paper, bottom of water, cotton but all facilities in room) like they hurry to clean and leave room like that. I'm not happy with that. But anyway I'm have booking with you again on 25-27 Jan 2023, This trip is for Birthday my husband. Hope everything will be good. Thank you so much.
