The bathroom in my room had a slippy floor, the bath- mat would move when climbing out of the bath/shower and I walked in with socks on and slid.
ESThe lift was out of order which we were wholly dependent on. My husband has mobility issues which make navigating stairs difficult and embarrassing. Having received assurances that repairs were in hand they did not materialise. Only after we intimated our decision to leave were workable options offered which we declined. We checked in at 2pm and checked out around 4pm. We were on the first floor which involved three flights of stairs from reception. We were grateful for the assistance we received to access the room, but none was forthcoming when we left.
