Alpine Villas Greens Staycation at Crosswinds Tagaytay

The ambiance, the room is good for 2 people or a couple but not for family. Please is reasonably clean.

The sofa bed for my 2 teenagers were awful, not comfortable for them, yet I never heard them moan about this, although I know it wasn't comfortable. Upon checking in, the guard was more concern that we obtain a parking space and pay for the parking fee first before they would even check us in and hand over the room keys. This is so weird for us who are well travelled. The place is nice, but there's no place to hang out. Cafes are at the main entrance and they close between 9pm or 10pm. Would I go back? I think it's a NO for me... I won't come back to that place. I would rather go somewhere else. Although, I am not saying this is a bad place, it's actually beautiful place, it's good as a transient place...

They change the room that we booked to a smaller one. In we were shortchanged.

The building feels abandoned. Only 1 security guard. No official front office. It was just a room with a random person who does not know why she was there.

Clean rooms

Electric power shortage elevator is not working when electric power is insufficient we used to stairs up to the 4th floor where our rooms are located. Our room ac didn’t function well and no water supply during the power shortage. Horrible experience for guests coming from from far away city to enjoy tagaytay

The place was really nice. Beautiful greenery in the surrounding areas. We love the beds and pillows. They were all comfortable.

I requested a bunk bed but was given a different room. It worked out ok in the end. The blanket was single so only one person was warm during the night. Need to change that to a proper duvet.
