The shuttle to downtown was convenient
During high need, a second shuttle is needed. Between a concert in downtown and a baseball game, one shuttle was not sufficient

Breakfast was average
Room was very warm with no way to adjust the thermostat. Body wash was empty. Hall/stairway was dirty. Ice machine was broken and the only option for ice was a sister hotel across the street. We “mobile checked in” to save time, but still took almost 20 minutes.

Nothing and the breakfast was awful came from hotel across the street. Stay there instead
Never been treated so poorly by the manager at this location. Unprofessional and needs some training in deescalating issues. Front desk claimed we were loud walking into the hotel lobby at 10pm on a Friday night. Wanted to kick us out with no valid reason or guest complaints.
