Didn't have towels either in the evening or in the morning. Said they'd run out even though the property wasn't full. Dining arrangements weren't great. The kitchen quoted 1-1.5 hours preparation time.

The property is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and surrounded by nature — perfect for a relaxing retreat. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with all modern amenities. The staff Hritik was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel completely at home. The food was another highlight — delicious, fresh, and served with great care. Whether it was the morning breakfast or evening snacks, everything exceeded expectations. The pool area was serene and refreshing, and the vibe across the resort was just perfect for a break from the city rush. Whether you're with friends, family, or as a couple, Voyage Lonavala offers a blend of comfort, fun, and natural beauty. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Lonavala — will definitely be returning soon!

Dormitory doesn't have basic toiletries like soap, towel.
INININWe specifically mentioned upper storey as an option for our stay. However, at the check in they made us change to lower storey due to someone all of a sudden extend their stay.
