Cijeli je stan jako dobro opremljen, posteljina i rucnici jako lijepo mirisu te nas je sve docekalo čisto, uredno, mirisno, besprijekorno. Kvart je idealan za obitelji s djecom jer imate odmah ispred dječji parkic te igralište. Okruženje je jako lijepo i mirno. Zgrada je također jako uredna, cista i odrzavana. Parking je osiguran svuda ispred bez plaćanja. Dogovor s vlasnikom je protekao jako brzo, korektno, susretljivo. Oduševljeni smo sa svime te nemamo niti jednu zamjerku. Nasa ocjena je cista desetka i za svaku preporuku.
