MYI stayed at the hostel for 14 days, when I first entered the aesthetics of the place that stood out to me. The rooms are upstairs while the toilet and resting area are downstairs. The place has a keypad so it's very secure. The location is near a tourist spot area so there are many places to walk near the hostel. The owner comes frequently to keep the place squeaky clean. A very friendly person too. Definitely enjoyed the stay there.

GBI had a lovely stay. This is a quiet and peaceful place, perfect for resting for a few days while visiting Penang. I even ended up extending my stay because I felt so comfortable. Rose, the volunteer, was incredibly helpful and kind, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
This is not the most sociable hostel but I kind of already expected that.

CN1. the location is good , easy to go to the walking Street etc., the surrounding make me feel safety. 2. the boss is a person who love tidying up extremely, and very humor and Cool~ 3. the whole environment make people feel more like home I would choose again, if I go to Penang again
1. if there are slippers prepared for bathroom , would be better 2. Because there is no curtain between beds, so if you care about the privacy, need consider more. 3. the air is too Cold, but the Quilt too thin😂
GBIt felt like staying in an air BnB just with other girls who you haven’t met before! Really loved the property, location, everything. It’s very clean and the host is very helpful really felt at home here.
