Privacy, neat and clean

Felt like Its a new property so the facility are at its best

We booked our stay on 30th August 2025, and to my knowledge, Ganesh Chaturthi was on 25th August 2025. So, we had reserved the property for the 30th and 31st. Unfortunately, there was a huge Ganesh Chaturthi rally happening in town, and the entire area was blocked. Because of this, we couldn’t even get close to the stay as the police kept diverting us at every point. In the end, we had to park 1.5 km away. Now, to anyone reading this, 1.5 km might not sound like much, but this is a hill station it wasn’t walking, it was climbing. And I had my elderly parents with me, along with luggage, which made it even more difficult. The stay itself was very good, and the staff were extremely friendly. In fact, they even helped me pick up my car by giving me a ride on their own bike, which I truly appreciate. Thank you for that! My concern is this: if such a major event (Ganesh Chaturthi rally) was happening in your town, as locals you should have known about the road closures and advised guests to plan accordingly. That is a basic courtesy to customers. This review is directed to the owner: please guide your staff better. Building a business is not just about running it ,it’s also about training your team. Your staff are not born with hotel expertise; they learn every day. It is the owner’s responsibility to help them grow rather than simply playing the “owner” role. Once again, I want to stress that the staff were excellent I have zero complaints about them except for this issue. Please don’t take this negatively, just read it again and think about it

ROOM service

I ask for room balcony facing hill.But they allocate on Road side.No Privacy.

Nice hotel. It was new and clean. Rooms had great view of the hills and tea gardens. Food was not up to the mark. But apart from that we had a good stay.

Location near town centre. Friendly staff. Clean and neat room. Excellent balcony view

No hair dryer. No tissue paper

No food or Restaurant in the hotel.

I understand the restaurant is being built. The food they gave us were very homely and good from a nearby location. They should build the restaurant very quickly for benefit of families.
