Yuzawa Grand Hotel

Nice hotel close from the Shinkansen station Traditional Japanese room large enough for 4 people Excellent external onsen Buffet is good with plenty of food Possibility to rent skis and store them in the hotel rent shop

The food is good but always the same so it is a bit dull if you stay more than 2-3 days Yuzawa is close from Tokyo so it is convenient but there is no charm to the town

L’hôtel est très proche de la gare. Le personnel a l’accueil est agréable. Le onsen est luxueux. A la location de matériel de ski, le personnel très compétant et en plus ils assurent la navette pour les différentes stations. La chambre est spacieuse.

Si vous ne prenez pas la demi pension, sur place le buffet est assez onéreux.

離車站近，附近商圈方便。清潔人員親切、勤勞。

飯店不新，房間比預期小，訂房時說有6個敷團，實際只有4個，請飯店增加一個時，還要每天多收￥1,650。早餐東西不怎麼好吃。公共浴池不大，室內只有一個池，室外兩個。房價非常貴，一間客房，4個大人、4個晚上，總共超過￥450,000。

The Private Onsen was amazing - You can change in there - saves you some time (did not know that at first). The Robes there is a shelf to the right of reception as you walk in. They give you a map of the place on your greeting paper. (Did not notice until we left) - helps when you see the layout. The Free boots at the door are great just better to rent at the resorts - these did not do the same for stopping the snow) There is a free shuttle service for the resorts. - The Restaurant host was awesome as were the rest of the teams, but this guy took the cake with greeting and trying to communicate in Samoan.

There is a locker and changing room so it’s convenient to get change for snow sport before check in and after check out. Nice outdoor onsen as well.

Overall very excellent experience. The staff were eager to please and did so with expertise.

Perhaps the bedding for the Japanese style rooms could be a bit thicker. The bathroom had a bad odor and required constant ventilation.
