Right across the street from Echigo Yuzawa station, all the amenities perfect for families. Rental shop on the same property is so convenient and the staff were so friendly.

"Our go-to when staying in Yuzawa!"

second time staying here and these are the reasons we keep coming back; access to JR Echigo-Yuzawa station, fantastic breakfast buffet, the onsens!!, ski rental shop onsite with the most welcoming of staff—not only were they friendly and organized but they shuttled us to and from the slopes everyday!

a little pricey for a hotel that is on the older side. the rooms are clean but not very comfortable. however, we did not spend much time in them.

onsen was great

the rental ski shop closes early and so we couldnt return the gear in time. they then charged us overtime rates until the next day even though we did not ski then :(
