CZThe staff was very kind, always eager to help. They arranged taxis for my family, and answer any type of questions. The lady making us breakfast was very kind, so kudos to her😊
One night the hot water didn’t work and it was solved until next day. The breakfast was everyday the same, i think they could implement yogurt and cereals, even if it involves paying little more i will be happy to see some variety like ham and cheese, etc The noise from the outside and other rooms was very obvious, so i recommend bringing earplugs.

FRPEEl desayuno fue completo incluye jugo de frutas, proteína y panes de Cuzco, me encanto tener disponibilidad todo el dia de café y aromáticas en especial el mate de coca. El servicio de recepción muy buenos y carismáticos siempre dispuestos a brindar consejos de lugares turísticos muy cercanos ( caminando llegas a la plaza de armas )

La señorita que servia el desayuno muy seria y parca no habia musica en el comedor a pesar de gozar de una excelente vista. Quise comprar jaboncillo y no tenian para la venta. Se oia las conversaciones de las otras habitaciones.
