Modular Sea view Spa Studio

This apartment was right by the main entrance to the old town and overlooking the waterfront. The facilities were great even having a great sauna accessed from a spa like bathroom. The apartment was very modern inside and was tastefully decorated with a wonderful lighting everywhere! Having a private car parking space was a great bonus. A lovely apartment for our stay in Kotor.

The entrance and communal areas in the appartment block are very tired and unwelcoming, a stark contrast to the apartment itself. Somebody parked a huge cruise liner in our sea view for two days of our visit which was rather a shame.

Overall, our first impression of the accommodation was a bit disappointing. It was somewhat difficult to find the exact location, and the room we received was smaller (28 m²) than the 40 m² room we had originally booked. Fortunately, we were able to get a discount after discussing it with the host, but it was still a bit inconvenient for us since we had specifically wanted a larger room. That said, the location was excellent, and the room condition was very good. In particular, the sauna in the room was a great feature that helped relieve our fatigue after traveling. Additionally, the host’s kindness and friendliness left us with a very positive impression of Kotor. If we visit again, we would consider booking this accommodation once more.

Loved it here! Beautiful apartment. Had everything we need. Cosy. Loved the sauna. There isn't a lift so I had to carry my daughters pushchair up and down the stairs a lot but it didn't put me off, I' definitely stay here again! Great location, everything we wanted was easy walking distance. Few minutes to the supermarket and shopping mall. 5 minutes or less to get into the old town, and all the cats! We loved. A childrens playground right across the street, the beach is a 5 minute walk.

The address given was probably correct, for the car park across the street, but our taxi dropped us off a few minutes up the road so I had to use my map and find the place and walk some. Double check with your taxi that its going to the right spot! it is across from a car park.

The property was clean and facilities were brilliant. The ice machine and Sauna were easy to operate. The staff were so friendly and accommodating we would definitely return if back in the area.

The building itself is under construction but that wasn’t an issue for us or the apartment Payment was unable to be taken by card so we had an option of bank transfer or cash

We loved everything about our stay in this fabulous studio! ❤️ On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady (Alice/Alicia, so sorry we don't know how to spell the name), and she was super friendly and gave us a full tour, explaining everything we needed to know - which was super helpful especially regarding the sauna and ice maker. The studio itself is incredibly beautiful, well designed, and well equipped, and we loved every second of our stay there. The layout is so well thought out, the bedroom is large and very comfortable, and the icing on top of the cake is the amazing sauna and gorgeous shower room. We loved it so much, we're going back this week! Thanks so much again, and see you soon 😊

That we couldn't stay longer!

The apartment was excellent – beautifully designed, modern, and equipped with everything you might need. It was very clean and well-maintained. The location felt safe and secure, with a local bus stop right in front of the building and taxis readily available. It’s just a 2–3 minute walk to the Old Town and about 7–8 minutes to the main bus station. There’s also a nice shopping center and several supermarkets within a 2-minute walking distance. We especially loved the sauna — very practical and relaxing. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Big thanks for all the tips and assistance!
