"Not worth it, fake address! And the host does even response."

1.0

Nothing!

Couldn’t find the address on the google map, couldn’t get hold with the host neither. We had called, texted, but nobody answered or responded and we couldn’t cancel the booking, so we had contact the call Center of booking.com. The staff said they couldn’t do anything but try to contact the host for us, and ask us to call them back on 15:00 local time. Before that, don’t book anything new yet! So we kind of like homeless on the street for hours. We did what we have been told and booking.com came back with the canceled reservation and a promised 96GEL compensation, after we booked another reservation on booking.com. However, a few days later they told us they couldn’t give us the compensation without a reason, such a horrible experience with booking.com and this hotel! What a waste of one day of our trip as we couldn’t do anything else but wait for the reply before we could book a new hotel in a totally strange city knowing almost zero Georgian.
