Clean

I'm go to 12. But they ask me pay 400p. Because they said open at 2pm. If I want inside now. Need pay 400p. This is not feeling good.

The boss come back. And let me inside room. Don't need pay. And booking need write right 0 time. Booking write time 24 hours can living in.

The staff was not accommodating. There was a blackout. The staff never came out to extend any help for the guests.

"Good for one night"

The entrance it was nice had a comfy feeling, the view in the balcony it was nice.

the family rooms is quite tight, bathrooms cleanliness is not well maintained

Good value

I booked for 3 rooms for 6 adults & 2 children but in reality they gave us only 1 room for 8 beds. I was expecting a whole apartment with few rooms & not just 1 room with 8 beds in the app. I felt deceived. Hope you correct this in booking.com as we were informed by the staff that it’s the fault of booking.com.
