BGThe hotel is on first line and the bar to it is very good and relaxing, the view is amazing!
there wasn’t water preassure on the 3th floor almost all the time, the air condition was bad. Also the cleaners are trying to come in even when it’s locked, there should be table for do not disturb. In the bathroom there is no window or fan to remove the steam.

When we arrived they wanted us to pay by cash, which made zero sense so I payed using the Booking app with my credit card. The manager, later on, called the reception wanting to talk to me and he told me I would need to pay by cash because he didn't receive the transaction (this couple of hours after I did the payment, so of course he didn't receive yet) and he was not believing I have payed. At the other day in the morning I've showed him the confirmation of payment and my bank balance, then everything was solved but it was such an unnecessary discussion and waist of my vacation time. Besides that, for the price they want, the hotel could offer more. Breakfast was very weak, the installations in the room could be better and the umbrellas and beds at the beach should be for free for guests.

I booked two types of rooms, one with a sea view and the other with a garden view. It turns out that there are two types of rooms with a garden view. One in the hotel and the other in the hotel courtyard. When you book you don't know what you're getting. We got a room in the courtyard with a door-shaped window that if you open it everyone can see you and there's no privacy. Only after we asked several times did they change the room location to the second floor. The room had a noisy air conditioner, there was no electric kettle and the furniture was quite old. There were ants in one of the rooms, the breakfast was minimal. There is a feeling that the hotel is not maintained and does not care much about the guests. Also, the hotel manager is not a nice person.
