Entire Studio Apartment at The Capital Triology

It was very comfortable, clean and neat.

The bathroom did not come with a hand wash or a shower mat which was kind of a struggle with water all over the bathroom floor after taking a shower. The shower rack was missing, also no shampoo or body wash.

There’s a lady at reception who’s very rude. I received an email asking if I wanted to check in early, I accepted and put in the time I would be arriving, the response came back and my check in time was approved. I show the lady there, who was wearing a springbok shirt and she was just so rude. Ended up going to go sit down and just waited for my check in time. Even when that time came she didn’t even bother saying my key is ready or anything. I just felt that was weird , it’s almost as if she wanted me to beg her to let me in.

Early hours on 13 September 2024 around 4am, around 6 people (drunk) from room 613 arrived at their apartment, an apartment which sleeps 2, they were screaming and laughing, banging on the floors and walls, they were on the balcony and in the apartment, this carried on till 7am when we decided to check-out this is after numerous calls to security for assistance, but to no avail. I brought the issue up with reception on check out, she just stared at us blankly.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was clean 👌🏼

We struggled to get to our designated parking cause the access card had an issue but all was great

Everything was butiful nd cosy

1st the aircorn was not working, the room was cold but blankets provided helped. The bed not comfortable at all it made some sounds with movement
