We felt that we could not rest due to sales on board the houseboats, which we were not interested in.

The houseboat is clean and well maintained. Washrooms are clean and hot water is available at all times. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and can easily accommodate 3 people. Food is available on the houseboat, tastes delicious; but you have to pay extra for it. The caretaker and owner are very friendly and always ready to help. The owner helped us buy handicrafts, shawls and saffron from trusted sellers as well. Overall, had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone interested in having a good time in Srinagar.

The fact that this houseboat is gorgeous with all the intricate cedarwood carvings, perfectly adorned interiors coupled with an amazing view of the mighty Himalayas doesn't even begin to describe why I'm in love with this place. As soon as we reached the dock, we were greeted by an entourage of staff and were seated in the houseboat Front Area with a nice hot cup of Kahwa and assorted cookies. The owner personally greeted us and as we spoke about our trip,we instantly knew we were going to enjoy every bit of our experience in the houseboat. The owner spoke to us for a good hour about his travels and experiences about the world and personally made sure we were taken care of with a scrumptious Kashmiri dinner. The chef also delivered on our dessert request. The staff were so polite and welcoming and took care of our every need no matter what. There's something to say about the hospitality & extreme kindness of the Kashmiri people and this place definitively deserves an award for the best hospitality ever. I definitely recommend this place, not just for the experience of staying in a luxurious and well maintained houseboat, but for everything in between. I promise your heart will be full with love for the people of Kashmir and you'll want to come back for more because of how well the owner and the staff take care of you at the Nazneen Group of Houseboats 🚢⛵!

The property was well maintained with good ventilation. We had a comfortable stay. The boat in itself was newly renovated and had all proper amenities.

Very loud at times with a mosque close by and surrounded closely by many other houseboats, can be only accessed by boat, food and water on the expensive side with 500 rupees for a meal and 50 rupees for a bottle of water,
