Quay Apartment with parking

Place was very clean good location

Had a damp smell. But opened some windows and all good. Bed is a bit hard.

Really nice comfortable by bed, nice and warm with the radiators. Nice kitchen with milk, coffee and tea. Biscuits etc. Easy walk to town centre.

it was very easy to collect the keys. James was easy to reach . we thought the apartment was very clean well equipped spacious and close to amenities. we liked that we could park the car but could have done with a little bit more guidance on where to park and which slot was relevant to the apartment. Although James did get back to us fairly quickly when we contacted him

we were disappointed to be told on the day of arrival that there was no / very slow internet connection . Had we known sooner we would have cancelled and booked another accommodation Internet connection really matters to us as we run a business and need access to good wifi at all times ( even when away) James did offer to come round but there was little he could do as he had told us he was waiting for the internet to be fully connected

Apartment excellent and had everything we needed for a few days away

Great place handy for the city with parking apartment was spotless bed very comfortable and everything you need in the kitchen, a home from home

Good location, just around corner from Blackfriars pub which had amazing meals. Very quiet location.

Lovely comfy bed, great little kitchen.

Was freezing on arrival, took a couple of hours to get the heat up. Bathroom heater wasn’t working. Shower wasn’t great either. The main door was always left ajar There should be more hanging space for clothes And a mirror above the chest of drawers for drying hair.
