Everything Was perfect

We were met by Arsen who very kindly allowed us to access the apartment earlier than stated check-in time. He took time to share some helpful local tips and to show us around the apartment. The apartment is recently renovated and stylish. It's very spacious and well equipped. The location was ideal for us; a 5-10min walk downhill to Old Town and Riva. Nearby supermarkets and bakeries only a few minutes walk away.

Both showers would have been difficult to use if you have mobility problems (high sided bath in main bathroom and high step into shower in second bathroom). We were 2 guests using both bedrooms. Only a single sheet/cover was provided for use on the Kingsize bed which was unusual in an otherwise comfortable apartment (I did feed this back to the host).

Very clean throughout with new furniture and fully equipped modern kitchen. Comfortable beds with all the appropriate window shutters, mosquito nets on the windows. It’s on the first floor and very easy to get to . Very welcoming host who showed us around with how everything worked no issues at all and would highly recommend this property if you’re visiting split for a few days.

Only downside is that it is a 8-10 minute walk to the the port , centre of split and can be uphill one way but good exercise🤓 and so not really complaining about this. May be when the weather is very hot, it could be difficult but you can easily get an Uber cab at a reasonable cost if you don’t fancy the walk.

The host Arsen, met us at the apartment and provided a great overview of the facilities and Split. The apartment was spacious and located in a quiet neighborhood close to the old town. It was also very clean and had everything we needed for our three-night stay. The grocery store was about 5 minutes away. Highly recommended apartment.

One of the best apartments we have stayed in. Very comfortable and in a nice, quiet residential area but with only a 5 minute walk into town. 2 supermarkets, cafe and bakery even nearer.. Owners very helpful. Met us and showed us how to use everything and had an excellent welcome pack with great recommendations. Apartment very safe and secure. Highly recommend this place.

Nothing - it was all good.

Everything was clean and comfortable, our host was extremely helpful and the location was perfect for everything we needed to do. There were cafes, bakeries and supermarkets within a very short walk and the old town centre was accessible within an easy 10 minute walk. Highly recommend this property.

There was no fault to find with this property. If you are less mobile it is worth noting the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs and there is no lift but we had no problems even with luggage.
