Very happy to stay. The pool is very good

They don't provide toothbrush and toothpaste. No hot water in kitchen.

Clean and comfortable bedrooms. Original pool shape and view. Staff was very nice.

Leak in the living room when raining. Electricity not working well (lights outside). WiFi not working properly (especially in the room closest to the entrance. Lot of paint work needed in the living room and outside to be cleaner. Overall, maintenance could be better. Villa is decent to good but price is not justified compared to others on the market. Could have found cheaper for this level.

Property had an excellent pool with a great vista overlooking the vines it was very peaceful. Each bedroom was self contained and there was no noise transfer between rooms. Good distance from central Ubud

No dishwasher and could use more cooking implements like a large pot for groups, but generally a well stocked cupboard. Local supermarket not too far away.
