"Disaster"

There seems to be big gap between Booking.com & Treebo; after the check-in time my mail box, WhatsApp & Phone was flooded with pre-payment messages and before my parents reached the hotel the booking was cancelled saying "as confirmed by you". Very poor management by Treebo & Call center & policy makers are even more poor!! Lessons learned: No further Treebo hotels henceforth!

It is a calm and quiet place. Neat rooms. Staff are good .

It is in a residential area and map provided by you ends in the middle of road half a kilometer away from the property. Approach roads are very bad. Getting food is difficult as they have no room service.

"New and clean"

We had stayed here for one night and were booked at the last minute from Pitahpuram. Since the hotel is quite new, the Google Maps location was not updated, but we could find it. The hotel was brand new, and the room and washroom were absolutely fresh and clean. We had local breakfast served in the dining area. The location is well connected to the main road, which is within a minute of driving. The hotel has a parking space. The hotel manager, Radhakrishna PPM, was very cordial and helpful and took proper care of the guests.
