Emile Youth Hostel

It's the only hostel in Gibraltar, so you can't beat the price!

The beds are not comfortable and the hostel offers the absolute bare minimum. It's perfectly fine if you need a place to crash though?

Very well located

- tourist tax not included so when you pay at the property, it's higher than what Booking.com says - not super clean, especially the bathrooms - no place to keep your stuff. There are lockers you can pay a refundable deposit for but these are in the dining room, not the bedrooms, and they don't give you a key to lock your bedroom door ever which I didn't find the safest for my self but also my stuff. My electric toothbrush ended up coming out with me every day. Out of principle I wasn't paying for a locker that should be included, especially if we don't get the option to lock the rooms. - there is a kitchen but it's open to some hostel guests and not others

Location was amazing. Rooms were clean. Not quite big room but sufficient.

Staff courtesy and assistance

The employees were very friendly and sincere.The rooms were clean and tidy.

Beds (mattresses) and facilities need a refresh. Staff were less than helpful.
