The staff particularly Marvis was super friendly, courteous and professional. I was also very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the airport shuttle driver. The hotel is clean and the furnishings are up to international standards.

The stairs are uneven and a hazard despite the "watch your steps" signs. I don't believe they're up to code. You also have to step over a door post to get into the rooms which is also a safety issue. Food and beverages could also have been priced less expensive.
