Garden Guest House

We loved the location because it was easy to get to where we needed and the place was lovely to come back and relax in after a busy day

Only downside was the bed in the front bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on so me and my partner slept in the other bedroom and my son had the sofa bed.

Spacious and has everything you need. Helpful information on how to get there and the parking was an added bonus!

One of the beds was uncomfortable, was very hard but that is the only thing I can fault

We appreciated the parking space which was provided in front of the house. Brimsdown train station is round the corner, which is very convenient to travel to downtown London.

The accommodation was quite small for 4 people. The fridge hadn't been cleaned, there was food left from the previous hosts. The overall cleanliness didn't match our expectations ( kitchen, bathroom). There was no coffee machine/ press.

It was set out brilliantly and had everything we needed. The added touch of toothbrush and toothpaste packs were lovely. Beds were comfy and the rooms warm.

There were some areas that weren’t clean (bathroom & fridge) and there was food left from previous people in the cupboards and fridge/freezer which we thought was odd plus some of it was out of date. A lamp in the lounge would be an added bonus.

I liked the location there are shops nearby the sofa was comfortable. They provided clear instructions to enter the property. It was easy to enter the property. The bed in one of the rooms was comfortable

I found the home to be unclean in certain areas such as the bath which we couldn’t use at all and also the fridge. The matts on the kitchen floor are worn out which caused us to trip l. I found that this was a conversion at the back of the property rather than a flat or house. Also as many others have mentioned the very hard bed remains and I found it to be shockingly hard. We did not sleep on that bed

Fantastic fully equipped 2 bedroom garden annexe/apartment/house. Very clean and immaculately presented everything seemed new. Great communication from owner. Private entrance and tucked away location very quiet. Short walk to railway station. Parking a big plus. Book with confidence. Fully recommended.

The host was very kind. He provide us a few days before the arrival a complete description of all we need to know, either to arrive, about the house and the neighborhood. He left us some lovely amenities. We will be back for sure!
