Location, parking for motorcycle.

Lack of pressure and temperature of hot water.

I've stayed in Hai Phuong Tuyen Guesthouse for 2 months and was positively surprised. The fantastic owners, very nice and always supportive in case of any my unusual request. Very nice location just 5 min (by walk) from the nearest beach. The regular cleaning and really very nice and clean Guesthouse. Many possibilities for eating (restaurants), entertainment (beach clubs, live music, etc.) and big market nearby. I really thank you for very nice stay and proffesional care! Definitely will come back again...

Place is good value but it is quite hilly around there and not ideal because I'm disabled and have trouble walking.Other than that it's a good location close to everything.Can use swimming pool over the road.

Central, close to the bus stop and King Kong market

The room given to us was much smaller than the room in the photos.After long trip, i had no energy to complain and fight for it but we could not walk at the same time in the room due to size. (Room number 3) While spending 5 days,we noticed some other rooms were much larger than ours and we realized that guests who simply walked in without reservation were offered such better rooms. The second problem was the mosquitos. Our room was infested by mosquitoes. We killed 12 mosquitoes in the first two days and they kept coming. We realized there was a large ventilation shaft which goes to the bathroom and it was entirely open and mosquitoes kept entering the room from the ventilation shaft. I showed it to the staff and asked them to close it, they just laughed at me did nothing! We were constantly woken up by the mosquitoes every night. Rooms had a window but it opened to a hall. If you stay in the ground floor, forget about daylight. There was also no place to hang and dry the swimming suits. There was a small balcony upstairs with two tables and 4 chairs but nothing to hang the wet swimming suits. There are several alternative places around,just pay 2-3 USD more, you will get much room with a proper balcony.

The room had a fridge and kettle, which was nice. The location is good, close to restaurants and shops. Also close to the beach, but not on the beach.

There was no window in the room. The air in the room felt damp, and the room smelled.

No balcony, no place to smoke, otherwise it would have been perfect

In the middle of everything,bus stop with free ride to airport around the corner,big supermarket near by, perfect internet

Hard bed,no hot water,no water pressure at least in my room
