Excellent location near the beach. Lots of bars. Nearby is the Vinbus bus stop where you can get to the center for free and eat cheap local food. There are two large supermarkets nearby: one of them is open until 2 am. The guest house workers are nice people. The room has warm water and the shower has a water filter.

Such a good place to stay! We were here for 1 week. Everything was clean and perfect. They provided kit for shower and water all day! The staff are so friendly and kind. I think this place make our trip even better! We got our flight really late and they just let us to stay more longer for our check out! Thanks for everything

This hotel had to be one of the best values for my money in Vietnam. The manager and her daughter look after everything, and if there are any issues, they are looked after quickly. The hotel was extremely clean and close to the beach.

I can't really say that there was anything about the place to not like.

Great location near Market and shuttle stop. Near beach Friendliest hosts we have come across. Use of kitchen with everything you need. Water refill bottles. Kettle and fridge in room. Laundry next door. We got upgraded to a larger room with nice window light. Good value for the price

Pool next door can play music till 10pm.

Location to beach and free Green bus.

Location just 100m from the free Bus stop. This Bus availble from airport and most tourist attractions. Guesthouse 300m to Long beach, 150m to grocery store and around many western and lical restaurants and bars. Free drinking water, and guesthouse is secure at night. Friendly staff that not trying to sell you everything like alot of guesthouses.AC works well and fan in bathroom dries it out quickly. Water tempiture & pressure is fine in my opionion liked the place so booked another 5 days. Pillows are aoft and the bed is softer then many Asian mattresses. Fridge is good size with a kettle. Pictures and description are 100% accurate.
