snowhere ski lodge

We loved our 10 day stay at snowhere. Dan, Chris, Nicole and Mai were all super lovely and knowledgeable. We were able to get a lift to the local resorts each morning (thank you again!), and if you’re venturing elsewhere the buses are a short walk from the lodge and easy to commute. The breakfast was great and loved the group BBQ/ramen nights that are offered. It’s about a 15 minute walk to restaurants and Echoland if you’re eating out or exploring the area. The rooms are comfy with a cute character, and the private onsen was a highlight. Everything is well organised and looked after. Would definitely stay again!

Snowhere Lodge is a lovely cottage, one block back from the busy, trendy Echoland main street, run by Dan, Chris and Mae. Whenever possible Dan picks up and drops off his guest at the bus/train station. He, also, tries to drop off his guest every morning at the ski resort of their choice, this is so convenient. Dan, Mae and Chris are welcoming, and we felt right at home from the first day. The lodge has everything you need after a big day on the trails, a hot tub, massage chair, comfortable dining room, relaxing TV/game/reading room and a communal kitchen, and drying room. Their breakfast is hearty and Chris's "quiche" is delicious. We stayed 11 days, and we will go back😊

Mattress is a little bit hard for me but still ok.

Dan and everyone who worked there were so welcoming and friendly, gave great advice about the different resorts, he even dropped us to local mountains every morning. The onset was amazing and the breakfast was great! Dan did a bbq night for everyone and we joined for a ramen night also at a local restaurant, the lodge felt so homely and a we had a really great stay.

Staff were accommodating, friendly, relaxed and down to earth. We felt right at home. Amenities were great, there was an excellent breakfast included and The Nintendo was a highlight! Great location, away from hustle and bustle. Easy walking distance (about 10 mins) for nightlife and restaurants.

Didn't have Jackie Chan's Action Kung Fu on Nintendo, but I'll let it slide. Everything was superb!

Hospitality, location, room were all excellent. The hot tub was amazing in -5°C

Loved the small and homely feel of this lodge. Rooms were small but perfect, the outdoor bath was incredible!!

Little further out of the Main Street of Echoland but easy to walk to everything. The shuttle bus to all the mountains is only 15 metres down the road.
