Prljavo , frižider bio isključen i poplavljen da ga nismo mogli koristiti, Klima ima ali samo hladi a vani je poprilično zahladnilo ovih dana tako da smo se suprug i ja doslovno smrznuli. Na krevetu za pokrivanje samo tanka plahta , stoga ili je trebalo dodati poplun ili omogućiti grijanje. Parkinga nema nigdje iako piše da ima i da je besplatan,i još su u ulici ispred apartmana radovi koji nam nisu bili naglašeni da ćemo daleko morat parkirat i nositi stvari.

I liked the renovation: very stylish and modern. There was coffee, a hairdryer, and shampoo—very convenient. The room was clean. The staff responded to text messages when needed.

There was renovation work going on outside, so it wasn't always possible to get some rest in the morning. It was very difficult to find a room, as the building was blocked off on both sides.

It was really next to the most beautiful beach in the Split. Room was cosy, modern, clean and has a fridge which is really plus. I didn’t recognize at first sight that all the windows were Venetian - but it had a very positive impact on the stay. The service was always available and very helpful in case of any questions

The apartment was supposed to have a terrace, but it turned out to be a public entrance for all guests (you couldn't eat or drink coffee there, for example, because there was no table). Sometimes, other guests would smoke cigarettes there in the morning and talk loudly. So, if you're a light sleeper like me, I recommend considering another apartment in this building. You should also be prepared that, in addition to cups and glasses, there are no plates or cutlery.
