Apartmán krásný, čistý, prostorný, velice pohodlný a příjemně klimatizovaný. Nic nám zde nechybělo. Hostitelka Mariacristina je velmi příjemná a pozorná. Do histiorického centra města se dostanete pěšky za 15 minut nebo je možné jet autobusem.

Really nice, clean and well-equipped apartment. Good communication from the managers for check-in etc. The bed was big and comfy and the dishwasher was a nice touch. It's a short walk from the sassi but shouldn't be a problem for most people. Definitely a good base for exploring Matera if you want some self-sufficiency on your trip.

We planned to spend our 2025 vacation in southern Italy, in regions we had already explored during our winter trips: Basilicata and Puglia. We chose the apartment Spine Bianche Affitti Brevi in Matera for our accommodation, and I can proudly say we weren't disappointed! The apartment Spine Bianche Affitti Brevi is located quite close the city center. Nearby, all the necessary shops are within easy reach: supermarkets, bakeries, salumerias, pescherias, food and wine shops, as well as gas stations. The apartment is bright, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. The rooms are clean and everything works smoothly. Despite being on a busy street, it's quiet at night, and the mattress is comfortable. The air conditioning works well. The area seems safe. The apartment doesn't have a private parking space, so we parked our car in the public parking lot next to the building and never had any trouble finding a space. So if you are planning your own vacation in that region of Italy, I sincerely recommend the apartment Spine Bianche Affitti Brevi.

Comodidad del departamento, limpieza, cafetera, pava eléctrica, completo!, tal como lo describen. A unos 20/25’ caminando al centro histórico, parking cómodo y gratuito.

Io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo trascorso 4 notti presso questa struttura e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. L'appartamento è spazioso e pulito; la posizione è ideale, si può tranquillamente arrivare in centro con 15 minuti a piedi e circa 5 con l'auto (ci sono numerosissimi posti per parcheggiare). Un ringraziamento speciale alla proprietaria, sempre gentile e disponibile, inoltre, mette a disposizione olio, spezie, cialde per il caffè e prodotti per la casa. Un’attenzione che fa davvero la differenza. Ci siamo sentiti accolti come a casa e consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Nulla tutto perfetto.

Amplio piso con salón y cocina bien equipada, la cual aprovechamos para preparar cena y desayuno y así cambiar de tanta pizza y pasta. La lavadora fue otro gran detalle. La propietaria estuvo pendiente de nosotros.

The host was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than expected. She also provided a big list of recommendations for bars/restaurants in Matera which was helpful! The apartment was very clean comfortable - plenty of room for two people, and had both air con and fans. We also appreciated having the coffee machine!

As it's advertised as a two-bedroom apartment, one would assume that means two beds but you need to pay an extra 10 euros to have the second bed made up. So technically it should be a one-bedroom with the option of an extra bed in one of the two living areas. As we were two friends travelling together we opted for the extra bed. Not a huge cost but a bit misleading.
