We've booked for a triple bed room and was also given final confirmation of our stay on phone. But when we went for check in and saw the room, it looked satisfactory. But the electrical appliances like fan and air conditioner was not working. The lodge representative told me that it will be switched on after the payment. I made the payment in cash to him and after few minutes the fan started working, but air conditioner didn't, when I enquired about it I was informed that we had booked non AC room. We accept that the fault was on our side. But things went horrible and unacceptable in successive moments. The fan in the room was working but there was no air flow, there's no ventilation and there's not even a window for the room. The room ambience was like inside an oven as it was hot and humid. When we asked for room change, the owner of the lodge told me that there's no other rooms and was asked to cancel the booking and take refund. Subsequently we cancelled and was refunded. It was okay for us to find some other options for the stay at late night rather than staying at that extremely pathetic room provided. But I wanted to share some of my concerns here. 1. How can you promote these types of pathetic stays in your website who were not at all giving value to the customers? I can frankly tell you that this was my first and worst experience ever on these types of online platform. 2. My mere suggestion to the property owner is that at least provide a basic comfort and give respect for the customer values. At least respect the penny you receive from the customer. 3. A general concern I'd like to ask to Booking .com and the property owner is that what's your commitment towards the safety and security of female customers? It's fine for us to search and find other options for stay during midnight but it will not be in the case of female customers. 4.

It was not clean, the bed was not cleaned, the mattress was not good and it looked very old, the washroom was not clean, no ceiling fan, table fan was running very slow.

Staff was a good guy, kind and helpful. Clean toilets. And good location

During my stay, Room was filled with insects. There was even a cockroach in the cupboard. And there is no proper water during midnights. And the bed is full of spring. Fan is full of dust and not fast. All sweaty
