Alpen Hotel Skardu

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Our host, Mr. Abbas was warm and accommodating. It was excellent value for money. Guests can enjoy access to the rooftop, which even has a cherry tree bearing fruit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The hotel is in really quiet neighbourhood, so you can relax there. Staff was really communicative and helpful. The room was spacious with very comfortable bed. There was hot water under the shower and quite good WiFi connection.

The bathroom could be cleaner and there should be more space between toilet and wall.

The cooperation from the staff was exceptional. Couldn’t fault them in any way made our stay in Skardu unforgettable and we will definitely be back in the future .

I was very much disappointed when I reached this hotel in Skurdu Pakistan. This hotel was located among the villagers houses and the street was deserted. We were alone in this Hotel and no other family/ guests were there so definitely me & my family felt unsecured. Only one staff member was there for guest servicing. The entrance of the wash room is little high from the floor like 18 inches above from the floor, there was no security in the hotel and main gate of the hotel was almost open 24 hours and there was no guard, such situation also making fear for any guest. Kitchen and food facility were not there, Over all this hotel is not up-to the mark and I will not recommend anyone to stay there. Considering all such scenario we did not stay there and left the hotel after few hours since my family security was most important for me.
