Location was ok

The staff was excellent. They were prompt, kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. The property is very beautiful and mindfully crafted.

WiFi could be a bit better, but not a deal breaker

Hotel conforme aux photos. Très bon emplacement. Zone relativement safe. Espaces communs sympas. Mini frigo dans la chambre. Petit dej ok. Très simple mais rassasiant. La vue de la chambre était magnifique ! Dégagée et supers coucher de soleil.

Pas de tapis de salle de bain ni de serviette pr les mains pendant 2j. Le matelas n'était pas tres confortable et les oreillers trop plats. L'ensemble manque un tout petit peu d'entretien (porte gondolée,...) mais ce ne sont que des détails.

I loved my stay at 16. Very beautiful design and calm relaxing area. Staff were helpful and nice and the breakfast is sooo good here! Best breakfast I have had at a hotel honestly! I will definitely stay here again! Strong WiFi and air conditioning. With access to a communal microwave.

Hard to find. It’s a regular block of normal flats, so do not expect any signs etc

The cleanliness, service, and staff are wonderful and friendly.

Nothing at all, no hygiene at all, smelly pillows and bedsheets, security wise you feel unsafe. No reception or entrance but someone comes and tries to help which is without any uniform
