The penthouse

We waited for about 30 minutes for the keys and for the staff to change the linens. The apartment was not cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, and we slept with a lizard in the house. There were lots of spider webs everywhere. There was no proper communication with the staff.

The gate was a big problem. We didn't have access to the gate. We waited a couple of minutes until the residents open for us with attitude. And the car parking was also an issue. The neighbors were parking skew, and one lady told us the place is for residents only, not guests.

My friends and I can't emphasize enough how wonderful our experience was at Oasis! From the moment we arrived, Our host greeted us warmly, setting the perfect tone for our stay. The location was ideal, offering us a fantastic time at the beach club with exceptional food. The boat cruise added an amazing touch to our holiday. As for the accommodation, it was exceptional. The room wasn't just clean and well-maintained but also boasted a beautifully designed interior. The view of the mountains and the dam from our room was breath-taking. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the impeccable service provided by our host. Her friendliness was remarkable—she not only gave us a warm welcome but also offered a tour, assisted with our luggage, and even guided us on using the remote to access and exit the complex. Her dedication to ensuring every aspect of our stay was enjoyable and truly commendable. Overall, our time at Oasis surpassed all expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fantastic holiday experience. I'm already looking forward to returning in the future!"
