Gate remote using a phone ..if there’s no network the gate won’t open

Beautiful place, clean. I booked it with my bridesmaids for two nights and we had the freedom of people (makeup artist, hairstylist, photographer) coming in and out with no problems We all loved the place!!

The security is good but the system of opening the gate was very annoying moving around with that small phone. They just need to invest in cleaning facilities for the guests, since we don’t get cleaning facilities everyday.

The place was very difficult to locate as it's not found under the name The Oasis but is located at the main estate of Mount Kos. We wasted alot of our time driving around trying to find the location, even after it was whatsapped through to us. We were not informed to look for Mount Kos as this would've saved us alot time & frustration.

We had to keep in contact with a gentleman by the name of Theory who whatsapped us the location. We had to meet him to pick up the gate remote & keys. After failing to find the location & speaking to him several times over the phone, he still didn't inform us to look for Mount Kos & not The Oasis. Security from another establishment directed us to Mount Kos where we eventually found Theory.
